Is this service just for the bride and grooms children?
Absolutely not, this service is to help the bride, groom and their guests enjoy the day. The bride and groom can choose which children have access to the creché or it can be hosted as an open invite to all guests with children
Is there an age limit to the creché?
No, but this is something that is best to discuss with us on a call. In our team we have experience working with all ages from babies to teenagers. However, we want all children in our care to enjoy spending their time with us and focus most activities towards a toddler to child age. For booking with much younger and older children we are happy to accommodate so long as it is possible in a way that is best for each child.
Is there a limit to the number of children The Nanny Team can care for?
Yes, legally there is a number of children each single adult can care for. The Nanny Team has higher ratios due to always sending at least 2 nanny's, larger bookings can be considered at an additional cost based entirely on the number of nanny's needed. Age of children again plays a role in this, as legally one adult can only be responsible for 3 under 2's but numbers increase as children grow. Will you consider private hire for corporate events?
Absolutely! We love working with business that align with our ethos. Parent's should be encouraged and supported to still focus on their personal development... The Nanny Team help with this by allowing the adults to focus on the important talks whilst the children get to engage with age appropriate activities which captivate their attention. Every request will be considered.
I feel nervous leaving my children with people I haven't met, could we schedule a call before the big day?
Absolutely! We 'meet' all our clients before their big day! Just to set your mind at ease though, every nanny hired through The Wedding Nanny Service has an enhanced DBS (background) check. At a minimum, we insure at least one of the nanny's attending your big day is trained in pediatric first aid. As founders we are experienced in childcare in our fulltime roles, one as a child Therapist and one as a teacher, we can assure you your children our in the safest hands. We will work with you in the run up, to organise all the small details before the stress of the big day roles around. We'll have calls before hand to get to know you and understand any of the childrens specific needs. Also, if you're interested in actually meeting us we offer a Hen and Stag do package at a discounted price when booked alongside our wedding day package.
